Karen currently holds Accredited Buyer Reprsentative (ABR) , Ceritified Residential Specialist (CRS) , and Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), and acquired the GRI from Graduate Real Estate Institute. She has also been a licensed pre-license instructor in the state of Illinois.
